Poor Grays

Watched Colchester hammer Grays 5-0 today,and Grays were unbelievably poor.Their squad consists of mostly 17-18 year olds who are really going to struggle in the league.They didnt have a shot on target for the 90 minutes Wayne Vaughan only played in the 2nd half and made his usual contribution 2 shots finishing up in the car park.

Looks like 6 easy points from them this season.

We still have to be carefull of a full-time outfit even if they are youngsters. For the bulk of them it may be their first game together, so there will be a lot of understanding to be forged between them; lets hope it takes the remainder of this term!!

Stimmo has to have a young squad cause that is what he's best at working with. Before Grays went Pro' his 'other' job was Spurs' U10s Coach. Now he can't embarrass himself with a Grays squad of 8/9 year olds so he had to go with something a bit more acceptable. <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
