Hi,

 

We now have a new forum for Canvey Fans - called simply 'Canvey Exclusive' at http://www.nonleague.net/forums/canvey

 

The problem that Canvey fans have had is that half a dozen users have decided that they will try and hijack the regular Canvey forum - much to the annoyance of true Canvey fans.

 

I have therefore started this forum for the benefit of people like you - true Canvey fans.

 

You must be logged in using your usual login - if you are not logged in, or are using another alias, you will not even see this forum - which is the beauty of it - certain others (mentioning no names) will not even know that this forum even exists - and for this forum to work, please do not inform them.

 

Please continue to post on the regular Canvey forum, as any new members or guests will post there and not here - I don't really want the general Canvey forum to turn into a place solely for these hijackers - but at the same time, I also want a place that true Canvey fans can post without feeling that anything they say will be criticised by others.

 

At the moment only Canvey fans will see this forum - we might expand it out to other priveleged users, but I will leave that up to the users to decide how you want to go.

 

I will send this message to all new members of this exclusive group, so that hopefully some of the people who have not been comfortable with posting recently will return.

Hopefully I have covered most Canvey fans - and will keep an eye out for any posting on the regular forum, that I have not given access to.

 

If by any small chance, you are reading this, and you are not a Canvey fan, I ask you to respect the Canvey fans, and a) do not abuse the rights given to you in viewing this forum and do not go onto any other forum talking about this exclusive group.

 

In whatever society we mix in there are groups of people that others are not aware of - this group is no different - if we find that as time goes by that the idiots stop hijacking the general Canvey forum, we may merge the two, but in the meantime enjoy the new forum.....
