On the way back from Newport we stopped at the services on the M4, only to have the Grays team coach park next to The Urchins coach.

 

After enquiring as to how they got on against Weston & informing them of our league position, once or twice, they departed the scene with great haste leaving two of their players chasing the coach.

 

Ah appy days...

Funny enough on our way to Exeter a few weeks ago we stopped at services and there were a few Grays players waiting for their coach to pick them up on the way to Weymouth.

 

Just as were leaving the Grays team coach turned up much to the delight of our supporters who started heckling. Stimmo sitting near the front looked shocked. His mouth dropped open as he was heckled by a passing coach load of Canvey fans. You couldn't have timed it better!! For Stimmo it was the wrong place at the wrong time!!!
