Slough Town 2-2 Yeading

I'm presuming that Whincup lives out towards Essex, and with him being on loan from Hornchurch, wouldn't necessarily always travel with the rest of the squad.

Nathan is right, he was not expected to arrive until after kick off due to being caught in traffic. Gyoury sliced his hand on his garage door and had gone to hospital and Matt Murphy has caught the mumps, seemingly off Haddow.

Great last twenty. I think that the main thing Eddie has brought to the side during his era is bouncebackability. Whether it is in games or after a poor result he seems able to get the side going again. Under the previous regime there was absolutely no way we would have got a point out of that match. Great stuff and I hope that it gives the boys some more confidence in front of goal as that is what we seem to lack at the moment.

What was Preddie's problem? He really threw his toys out of the pram at the final whistle.

I thought Parkin did really well given that he would not of known he was going to play until the last moment. Some decent saves and good handling - good competition for the No.1 spot now.
