abbey website error

From the Abbey website fix list:

Middx Millenium Cup

Thetford Town

25/09/2004 FAV2q (A)

Enfield Town

02/10/2004 ESL (H)

Romford

05/10/2004 LSC2 (A)

The Enfield Town game shows as on, whilst the date and time is crunched up on the right. IE6, and I'm sorry but I cannot do a screen grab for you Mr webbo ;-(

I wouldn't worry about it. It is easy for the webmaster to fix. In any case, the fact they have brought forward a midweek game to fill the gap is mentioned in the main body of the text.

If you want to do screen caps in Windows, hit the "Print Screen" key to get the lot or "Alt+Print Screen" just to get the active window. This will copy the screen or the active window onto the clipboard from which you can paste it into a new document in another program (e.g. a word processor or photo editing prog.).

Thanks for all the comments guys.

Just failed to update a file which, by the time you read this (?), the upcoming fixtures should be ok. Yes, the Romford game is "sometime in November" the 2nd to be precise.... subject to confirmation!

With regards to "crunched up dates" can only suggest you try changing screen res. (No comments on that please... site is designed for 1024*768 which is pretty standard nowadays)

Well, the time doesn't show up at all in my browser (Mozilla/Linux) but I can't say I'm bothered by that. The reason is that Mozilla has dropped support for "document.layers" (Netscape 4) and "document.all" (Internet Explorer) and only supports the level 1 Document Object Model.

The only problem with the date is that the banner graphic is 1200px wide and the default screen size for Mandrake (v.10) Linux appears to be 1280*960 (I don't know why), so I get the photo of the ground starting again and the end of the date is over the top of it.
