Douglas & Sigere Score against Southend

 

 

Hornchurch today played a 'behind closed doors' friendly against Southend United reserves, which included six Southend United first team players.

 

Southend took a first half lead, but Hornchurch came back well in the second half, and with two second half goals from Andy Douglas and Jean-Michele Sigere ran out two-one winners.

 

The match was arranged to give both sets of players some additional match practice.

It does seem very strange how nobody is being told anything whatsoever about it.

 

If I'd have known about it before hand, I'd have popped down and snuck a look through the gates at the end of your ground!

 

While I'm here, I came to your game Vs Eastbourne last Saturday as I said I was going to on here. I was interested to see how our old lads got on. Same old really.

 

How are you lot finding Sergio, Stuart and Clarky then? Stuart looked solid on Saturday, whilst Searle didn't really stand out, while Clarky was the same old Clarky that we had, so frustrating its incredible.

 

Good win for you on Tuesday I see, why don't they just give you the title now?
