Hello boys and girls (well, Junior).

 

Am looking forward to Saturday's game. We've got one or two players out and our new winger is cup tied but other than that we should have a reasonably strong side out. How about yourselves?

 

I saw comments further down this board about our ground and to be honest they aren't far wrong. You can't get behind the goals and you are quite far away from the action. We do however have a decent clubhouse with cheap beer. Sadly, it's all Carlsberg, Fosters etc not a real ale in sight.

In the event of rain, is there any covered area where my daughter can sit in her wheelchair? Is there disabled access to the bar?

Our Vice-President is in a Wheelchair. There is disabled access into the bar on one side and out into the ground on the other.

 

We don't have a dedicated area of cover for wheelchairs on the near side of the ground, though you could get around to the other side where there is cover. The view isn't great from there though.

Erm, well the view isn't too bad from the main stand but you generally do need binoculars.

 

Our ground should be bulldozed in a years time so we've just got to put up with it for the time being.

Try the Willow opposite the football club. They had a few ales on the last time I was in there. Loads of screens for football too.
