I'm not sure if you are receiving the e-mails that I have sent you so I thought I'd try this way!

 

 

I gather from your posts on the unofficial forum that you have been on holiday so I guess that is why you missed the announcement below two weeks ago.

 

You may also not have heard that Dave Canham has taken redundancy from the Club which leaves me alone in the office. I have been doing my best to keep the fans up-to-date with any news and have introduced a weekly Team News article on the official site. I can assure you that as soon as there is any more news it will be added to the website.

 

Your positive support at this time would be very much appreciated.

Redevelopment Update

Following intense negotiations over the last few days, between the key players in our Stadium Redevelopment proposal, the Club is now able to confirm that the last fundamental issues preventing the agreement of the Heads of Terms have been resolved, allowing the development to move forward to the next stage.

 

Our Development Partners have confirmed that, subject to the Clubs Directors signing a letter of intent, a portion of the funding will be released and the Architects instructed to deliver the long awaited detailed application.

 

Our JV Partners are due to deliver a final presentation to members of Thanet District Council shortly and our Architects are preparing a programme which will allow us to shortly announce the date on which works will commence on site.

 

The big challenge now for the Club is to repair the damage that the off-field problems have caused to the Manager and his Squad. The big black cloud, which has been hovering over the Club for so long, is about to disperse and with that a new confidence will return as we work to repair the image and status of our Club.

 

Please do not desert us now, we are already seeing progress with new Sponsors committing to the Club which will allow the Manager to introduce new players to the Squad in time.

 

We have extensive damage to repair and this will take time but we are on our way back. The message to the fans remains the same; stick together, support your Manager and his Squad, play your part in our recovery and together we will move into happier times.

Sorry to the club and fans if in fact I did miss this news/statement but I had asked if anything had been said while I was away but didnt really get a reply to satisfy my curiousity. Seems something was put out as shown above.had! Mind you is there anything NEW in the above? You tell me!
