Very windy out there - so much so that one of our trains has hit a metal portacabin that has blown onto the track. Only one line into London Bridge open at the moment.

 

Delays & cancellations on your journeys home tonight is quite likely (no sarcasm in reply please.)

 

Just cleared a tree on the line at Sidcup & now this!

I got back to Chatham only 7 or 8 minutes late (fast from Cannon St and London Bridge) - they were just announcing that all lines were now open (c445)

...was it the wrong kind of wind FF ? or did the local 'erberts lob it on there for a "laugh" ??

 

I blame "two jags" Prescott !!

 

It will only get worse !!
