Does anyone know how the Ressies got on Saturday?

Result, team & goalscorers please if anyone knows.

As far as I know the reserves did not play on Saturday. Their next matches are:

 

15/09/04 Farnborough Town CL A

20/09/04 Berkhamsted Town CL A

29/09/04 St Albans City PC 1 A

06/10/04 Chesham United CL H

They did. They played Burnham Seniors in a friendly, they won 4-2, Daniel Boatang got 2.

Against his former club then.... Heard it was quite a close game as a friend of mine played for seniors in that game and said it was a matter of fitness in the end. He rates Boateng very highly though.

Boateng impressed me against Slough. Needs to be stronger on the ball and he'd be pushing for the first 11 week in week out.

Oh BTW, he's not a full back.... He's still young though and hasn't played at this level yet to my knowledge, so bear with him, the Capital League experience will do him good.

I went to school with a Daniel Boateng... how old is he? Is he half-caste, quite tall and lanky?

 

I was at the Windsor v Slough reserves game, but I obviously wasn't paying much attention to the Windsor team !! <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

he is tall, lanky and yes halfcast a u put it. he came on against heybridge but didn't have much to do!

Thanks for the info. By the way I did have doubts whether the term 'half-caste' was 'politically correct' - just done some research and I wasn't aware it was considered offensive. Call me naive if you will. I'm truly very sorry if I've offended anyone.

 

Interesting to see he's signed for Windsor then. Always knew he was a good player at school but didn't know what happened to him after that.

 

Also know a guy at work called Craig Allen, who said he would have played for Burnham on Saturday if he didn't have to work !!
