Barkingside are a good outfit and battle well but our young lads are on song at the moment and a 1-1 draw was good for us. Their No 8 got a penalty that was saved by our inform keeper ten minutes after we had drawn level when Jamie Cheesewright caught the "mighty" 'Side keeper Jimmy Chapman on the blind side. For those who know this veteran will not be surprised to hear that he was 1 on 1 with little Johnny Hodges in the second half and squashed him! A lovely afternoon at Southchurch - now bring on Billericay Town !
