Didn't bother trying to access that alternative video again - just watched the documentary in full. That Digsy guy is a bit of a twat.

 

Yeah, good stuff, and hadn't listened to Def Maybe for a while previously so a good refresher.

 

Hope they bring out a Morning Glory one next year as I still maintain it's a better album.

 

Def Maybe is sometimes a bit too 'samey' - The Stone Roses is a better debut, and probably ballsier too, but in an understated way.

 

But re-listening to Def Maybe just highlights that if bands like the Libertines are considered the most exciting thing in British music these days, then we have a real problem in the music industry at the moment.

Back to the original point judging by the fact she couldn't even muster half a sentance to me at the game on Tuesday seems she is also banned from talking to us!

As I said previously, this forum is like one big communal diary.

 

Other regular users are more selective about the personal details they choose to share with us on this board, and that is absolutely their prerogative, their right and their private own business.

 

But people like myself, the Thorns and Claire have always laid our lives open here, documenting all aspects of our lives in the three years since this board opened.

 

Our triumphs, our tears, our highs, our lows - all within these pale blue pages.

I think sometimes you can't go on these forums without saying what's going on in your life. The day after my Uncle died I came on these forums and was terribly grouchy with everyone. It was obvious that something was up.

 

I have alot of very good mates I've met through these forums and it would be a big shame if we can no longer talk about what's going in oour lives.
