As there are not too many high profile games in conf. south, i would have thought MFC would have done more to promote this fixture.

 

We may have got 450 with a bit of effort.

I think now it looks like about 218

 

Thats probably about £1800.

[color:"blue"] The trouble is how can you market a 'home' match which is an hours drive from the town? Especially as the Club can't afford to run transport to get the people through the turnstiles. The ground is so remote that I'd think Ashford Town would have difficulty marketing this match.

Agree with that - I get lost every time I go there.

 

AS the new ground is obviously further delayed I hope some games may be nearer

I think you might get more than 218. We have a coach, a minibus, and how ever many that decide to drive coming.

 

Claridge warmed up for this one nicely too, with a hat trick in the last game.

a coach a minibus and your london exiles will still mean our highest attendance at hbome so far. Lets say 300 tomorrow.
