I don't know bout Bossu, he aparently had a good game for Gillingham when they played (And beat) Charlton 3-1 in the FA Cup last year, it was Bossu wasn't it in goal that day? I think that was the score as well, plz correct it if im wrong!

It was him playing for the Gills and it was amazing the difference on that day.

Makes you wonder about Scott Ward - I hope he does not keep a clean sheet against us next week

[color:"blue"] Have 'cut & pasted' this from the Torquay site:

[/color]

There was disappointment at Plainmoor during a training match against Exeter City when ex-Iceland International 'keeper Olafur 'Ollie' Gottskalksson limped off only seconds after kick-off.

Ollie was involved in a fall at his hotel at the weekend in which he damaged the base of his spine. He had hoped that the inury had worn off but felt pain almost immediately the game started and left the pitch as a precautionary measure.

Leory Rosenior confirmed today that the club has had promising talks with the Icelander about a contract but obviously this is on hold until he regains fitness. [color:"blue"]

Sounds nasty (the injury), but also sounds like he won't be in a 'Gate shirt again.

quote(Harold): [color:"red"] Torquay must be short on goalies as they were playing Bossu who was so poor against us when playing for Hayes a couple of years back

[color:"blue"] Think Bertie must have shown his true colours with them, they sent him back to Gillingham saying he was 'injured'. Gillingham are furious because they say he's fit & Torquay refuse to pay the wages for the length of his loan.

Thank you for that.

I wonder where we'll find another goalie as I don't think any current outfield players have been between the sticks.

If Oates is unfit we have a critical shortage of wing backs, in fact we are very short indeed in defence as the absence of a defender on the bench shows.

I must admit that I was expecting some sort of announcement this week about the signing of a player. It stated last week that CK was looking to bring some more players in. With the release of some of the funding it looked possible. Still some time before saturday I suppose.

you can not be serious the money saved would mean nothing with ward letting 4-6 lame goals per game.

i saw 3 games with him in and he conceded crap goals everytime, and against grays even a fat bloke like me could have stopd some.

he was either out of position or just didnt try.

hussain could be ok lookd more confident in second half.. id rather have ollie back tho
