Yep, i did it!!!!!! Yes, in 47 minutes!!!!!! I really enjoyed it, however, my legs ache like hell, and i'm walking as though i've just had a spit roasting and taken 9" up the bum!!!! Not a pretty sight i have to say!!!!!!!!

 

From the start i ran the first 2K, and then i walked for a couple of minutes and then ran up to 4K, where i was texted and of course i had to reply!!!!! LOL!!!!! That slowed me down a little, but then the last of the 4K was coming up, and so i walked up the little hill, and then ran the rest of the way to the finishing line!!!!!!! I stood infornt of the world's press to make sure they had a photo of me, and was politely asked to move along so everyone else could have a chance off having their photo's taken!!!!! LOL!!!!!!

 

I really did have a great time!!!!!

 

I would have ran it faster, but the fat hephas got in my way and they didn't even start running from the start line, they just stood in lines and walked and we couldn't get past them!!!! I was a bit p1ssed off at them!!!!

So you ran at an average speed of 4.28mph, pretty impressive as the average walking speed is 4mph - I would love to know how you did it!

The main thing is i got round the course and i ran more than i walked! And the other thing is, i have raised money to help find a cure for Lukemia which, if you didn't already know, is something i want found, as my Auntie had Lukemia and had to go through years of kemo to get rid of it and that didn't even work. She only got cured by a bone marrow transplant. If that person that donated wasn't on the bone marrow transplant list she wouldn't be alive now.

 

A cure needs to be found to help Lukemia patients!!!!

Like I say - Mrs Zeal walks the three miles to work at a slightly faster pace than you 'ran' your race.
