So, what happened to these 4?

On another post I have remarked on the absence of 11 teams from the ESL in the FA cup this year.

 

The following 4 teams did not even make the Vase.

 

Basildon, Concorde, Burnham and Barkingside.

Only Basildon haven't entered the Vase.

Concord Rangers are exempt until the first round because they got to the 4th round proper last season. Burnham Ramblers are drawn away to Biggleswade United in the 2nd qualifying round, Barkingside are drawn away to Newmarket Town in the 2nd qualifying round.

Basildon apparently cocked up their entry for the second year running. However, now that Karen & Clive are back at the helm, I expect they will get the administrative side back to normal for future seasons.
