Congrats you Towners/Townies, whatever it is. I was there with a good few from Harlow and thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. I have no idea how you weren't 4-0 down at half time but you kept at them and finally got a break.

 

I was at the Sudbury end during the 2nd half and their fans (and number 9 Gary Bennett) were having a right old winge at the officials. Thought they had a good game myself. Sudbury have nobody to blame but themselves after two late misses that really should have hit the back of the net.

 

I'm looking forward to the 18th Sept. You'll outnumber us Harlow fans but nevermind. I expect the result will very much depend on which Harlow Town, and indeed which Enfield Town, turns up...

Thanks for that. I think us "Towners" are looking forward to the game too. At least we won't be working. Hooray, a nice day out at Footie. Yep that'll do for me.

Don't believe in lucky mascots. Now, my pair of lucky boxer shorts, that's a totally different matter.

 

I'm going ot pop over to Sawbridgeworth (as will quite a few Harlow fans, officials etc) on Tuesday, though I think I'm right in saying you've got a bunch of injuries anyway so your side onthe 18th could be very different.

You are not wrong Matey, we had loads missing today after our battering of the last weeks 3 games this week. Still can't quite believe that we actually did it today, although I did say we could do it. So Yipee. Hope you enjoy it at Sawbo.
