First of all....

Well done on beating Leverstock Green......

I think playing at Hemel actually suited your lads more....

Now on to AFC Sudbury......what a tough one...!

Yes you have home advantage but as we all know they are a very good side.....

I predict a 4-2 win for AFC Sudbury....would love you lot to beat them though...!

Foxy - think your right with this one; Nice place HH have.

The game on Sunday will be tough

2 and half games the week leading up to this

Players out injured

Discipline has gone out the window (tho a bit better last nite)

Sudbury one of the best and most admired teams at this level

probaly 3 -0 to Sudbury

Southport

You seem to forget it is an FA Cup game & any thing can happen. Don't put our Boys down like that,I would like to think our Boys will & can win, so lets be a bit more Positive shall we & get behind them on Sunday with loads of Noise especially as Little Miss Happy is going to be the Town Mascot.

Gilli - wouldn't dream of putting our lads put down.

just saying it has been a hard week with tough games, and we are playing one of the best teams @ this level

and being a southport supporter you never expect to win a tea cup never mind an FA Cup game!!

As for making noise, we were very subdued against Leverstock last weekend; need some more vocal support this weekend.

It's on the matchday link Chopper.

You may have noticed that a few changes are going on with the website today. Phil is uploading to the site and you might find that some pages may not align correctly at first. Having said that, the above page looks okay in the new Default

High Contrast/Blue Text/Blue Badge versions.

Sudbury will certainly be favourites for this game especially as Town have several players injured.

Should be a good crowd on Sunday. Town had the highest crowd and Sudbury the third highest crowd in the previous crowd.

Spread the word that ETFC have a game in the FA Cup on Sunday and get people to the ground who can't normally make it on a Sunday. There is no football on TV this Sunday.

Anyone know what has happened to Jim's Stats page
on the club website.

I think this might be what's known as "teething troubles". You can get to all the stats pages by clicking on "Matchday" in the menu and then the link for which ever season you are after. There is a "stats" link from the match reports page as well.

I will get the direct link put back in the home page at some point today.

Same as Foxy, very tough one for you against our local rivals. Sorry to say it, but can't see you beating them, but hope you do. Good luck Enfield Town.

You know why they are always top of there league, they always turn down promotion to the Dr Martens, surely it is time for a rule to be placed that if your ground is up for promotion and your team achieve it, you must go.

Don't you agree?

Otherwise they can win the Ridgeons League, year in , year out.
