Just out of interest, why do a lot of fans rate Sammy Winston.<p>Don't get me wrong I think he is a good player - but he is in a lot of peoples votes for player of the season (although he wont have nearly enough town it). It just surprises me a little.<p>At a guess I would say it's his workrate as he has not scored yet!

Although not in my vote for POTS, I do like the way he puts himself about on the pitch with a bit of aggression. <p>He's got a deceptive bit of pace for a big man and has got a good finish on him.<p>Not one that I would be keeping for next season though. I get the impression, he's on a fair wage.

He certainly wasn't one of my players of the season but it is good to see that he is putting in an extra bit of effort at the moment. As for his wages if they are high then we should let him go but otherwise he would be one to keep next season.

You cant really rate Sammy coz he has only played a handfuil of full games and come on for 2 mins in all the rest. I think he looks good and has good pace. Keep Him!<p> <img src="graemlins/affig.gif" border="0" alt="" />
