I'm no expert Claire, but I'd suggest you should have been training for a number of weeks.

Hmmm, i have been doing some!!!! On an average shopping trip, we walk about 2.5 miles anyway, so i have been doing some training!!!!

 

Anyway, i've bought a sports bra!!!!!!!!!

I know!!!!!!! But it's for fun really!!!!!! As long as i enjoy the experience thats all that counts!!!! I'll get round the 3.5mile course!!!!!! And i'll have a picture to prove it too!!!!!

 

I just need to find some laces for my trainers - the hamsters ate my other ones!!!!!!!!!
