It was always on the cards when the bid for Wayne Rooney wasn't accepted. I'm sure Wayne would have come to the Town but the Romford boys scared him off with thought of their two footed tackles. Never mind better conceed that one to Man Utd!

So he's definitely better off at Man Utd although my Liverpool supporter colleague here at work thinks he would have been less hated if he'd moved there!

The coincidence was that both away teams at Goldsdown Road last week couldn't play football with their feet! Romford had a player sent off for spitting & Leverstock had a player sent for punching.

i know a bit about the guy was at millwall.fisher.clapton.woodford town.ilford.eton manor.was our own mr massalas manager at clapton under 18s

 

asa wont get us 20 goals a season but will be a hit... can i ask a question to jim?...when are we going to start to play a bit of football....when will we sign a top player?....

when will we play with a bit of style?...ok we played quite ok against eton manor but come on jim pull that finger out and sign a name?????

If you look back to when we played Romford at home last year. We all admited the Town were outplayed.The trouble is most teams in the ESL can't outplay us.And the chances of getting a competent ref,are even rarer.

 

Also, nice to have someone from Essex accussing other people of living in caravans. <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

 

Most Town players could play in higher leagues for more money,but they are loyal to the club,manager,fans and the borough.

 

 

Finally, so you'll miss our money.? The way we differ from you, is that most of us will miss NOTHING about this league( a couple of people excepted).All its done is open our eye's to how tinpot lower league football is,and will make us strive harder to gain success.

 

You lot can't even take our money graciously.

We still have half the team playing for us ,that played in our first ever game in 2001.

 

That IS loyaly ,especially as some of them could be (and have played) in the Ryman premier).

 

How sad is it ,to realise that all these bitter jealous anonimous posters are actually players for other clubs.How do we know this.? BECAUSE none of the other teams at this level has any fans. <img src="/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />

 

Those (so called) players sum up the mentality of this league better than anything.
