It is my run on Sunday, but i show absolutely no interest at all in athletics. It was just one of those things that i want to accomplish before i am 30. I have already completed one of those things thanks to Thornsy!!!!!!!!

How do you expect to be able to run five miles when you haven't done one iota of training for it? Ever.
