Question, are you like AFC Wimbledon / Kingstonian, you both (Slough & Windsor)have the same club shop that you have to pack away and then the other team then sets up, or do you have your own portacabin or something?

You've timed that one well Mark!!! The other half does the club shop for Slough and setup home in a small hut between the tea bar and the turnstiles from today. Not sure if Windsor have a club shop at all to be honest. (Woody, Chels, Mal, can you answer that one?)

Windsor do have a club shop, or sort of. Their normal shop has now been converted into the Physio room so they will be rellocating soon.

Ok, if we arrive before 1.30pm then we will have to find somewhere else, leaving North Essex at 11am, so if the roads are alright, we may have to find a local pub, recomend any?

Hi Mark,

 

Sorry for my absence. I took last week off work to move house among other things and being away from the office computer coincided with my motherboard dying on my home PC.

 

Sadly I won't be at the match on Saturday so we'll have to postpone that drink until the reverse fixture. One of my friends isn't in very good nick and the doctors have told him he doesn't have long to live, so I'm taking the opportunity to go and visit him on Saturday. He lives near Manchester so it means missing the rebels but I think it is understandable.

 

Hope the game goes well and Braintree lose their unbeaten record - we need the points as well.

Cheers Mark. For anybody who raises money for charity this season, can I suggest sending it to the Campaign for Muscular Dystrophy. My mate has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy which is a degenerative muscle disorder which currently has no cure. Those with the disability rarely make it out of their 20s. My friend is not yet 22 but looks to be coming to the end of his short life.

 

I'll take your thoughts with me on Saturday Mark.
