Due to their failure to comply with the terms of the CVA a special meeting of the creditors and the supervisor of the CVA ThorntonRones Business Recovery and Insolvency Services is to take place on 06/09/2004 It is believed that the creditors have now come to accept that the Dover Board have no intention of paying even the agreed tiny proportion that they owe and the majority of them will vote that the club be wound up. The attitude of the board and alleged comments made by them about the major creditors are believed to be behind this action

If this is the case, why was Dover Athletic Football Club given a clean bill of health with regards to all our payments being up to date at the end of last season then? The CVA only operated during football season, and the next payment i believe is due to be made at the end of the month.
