just a quick note to say sorry for laughing at you when we drove past seeing u had broke down but would not have done so if i had realised that you were not going to make the game would have been nice for you lads to have made it,we arrived 15 minutes late ourselves well done for the 11 of us that did make it!!

[color:"blue"] Hey Johnno, Wellzie we were really sick at what happened. Left in good time only to break down half hour into the journey - thought it was a busted clutch cable but turned out to be a clutch slave cylinder (or something like that .. know nothing about mechanics) - which rendered the bus unrepairable. Took the RAC an hour & half to come out then 45 mins to arrange a lift back to Thanet. (by then it was nearly 1pm & we were three & 1/2 hours from Dorset.

Can you elaborate on the pile of .... ?

BTW ... BTW we didn't borrow a council bus. It was an 03 reg Citroen 17 seater which we hired regularly last season. You just have to chalk these things up to experience.
