Aylesbury Match and Maidenhead

If we play like that against Maidenhead it will be embarrasing. There was a lack of effort out there yesterday.<p>It's a local derby on Tuesday, they (Maidenhead) will be up for it but will we?<p>It frustrates me so much, you look through our team sheet and go through every player individually to see what they have done in their footballing career and it is amazing that they can play so poorly. Are the players not being managed properly? Have some of the players brought in got the wrong attitude for this level?<p>One player yeterday was bottling every challenge, it was clear to me and everyone around me, and it's just not good enough.<p>Look at Aylesbury. They have a good blend of experience & youth. We have too much experience and not enough youth in my opinion.<p>I know Bartley and CJ have thei off days, but they are young and both give 100% every game. I would put them in ahead over some of the players currently starting.<p>It's so frustrating, you know the players we have ARE good players and should be doing much, much better.<p>We have the potential and the side to do really well<p>We MUST win Tuesday - It's vital now to keep the season alive.
