Great start Hornchurch, already leading the way like i thought you would be <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />. Hope Tarkan and Shippy are settling in good. I can't say we have missed Shippy's pace in midfield <img src="/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />. 2 Games and you still haven't managed to score a goal even with Kirk Jackson upfront, deary me.

 

Like UU said I'm sure you will have the title bagged up by Christmas though but for the moment i can only laugh that even with the money spent you couldn't score against Weston SP and Thurrock. Anyway hope you are checking our results and realising we aint missing Garry Hill as John Still takes the club forward.

Oh right, hehe and this is coming from a Hornchurch supporter with gates of 400 last season and even with money spent could only manage 700 the other night. If our fans are West Hams, wouldn't be suprised if some of yours are Daggers fans who will be crawling back once you fail to go up.

Bothered about you? hehe only reason I'm on here is because I'm currently bored and still found your result Tuesday night very funny.

 

I bet those "50" that were there Tuesday Night will be crawling back and will be attending the home match against Woking in a couple of weeks :-). So how come you haven't been on Confguide lately Uncle, I've missed ya ;-)

I'll hold you to that, it will end in tears mate. As for us, we now have a new manager who is already making some very positive signs. He is rebuilding the squad after Garry's awful season last season by signing some players with experience with alot of youngsters with potential. We're also doing this without breaking the bank too much.

 

Hopefully they gel together this season and we will make a push for promotion next season. With the good start we have had, i think play-offs could be a possbility for us this season, we haven't got pressure on us like you, seems like the pressure has already taken its toll 6 days into the season :-)keep it up boys if we lose atleast i can laugh at you..

A new manager with positive signs!! Pull the other one fella, you've got an old boy whose only game is the lump it long and chase, hmmm, nice style. Oh and all these big names you're signing, all top notch Ryman Div 1 North players! Just try to stay in that division for another season and not get yourself relegated, we're all looking forward to a nice local derby with you boys next year!

Hahaha, When we had Garry Hill we had a Hornchurch on our board saying that Garry Hill played long football, you lot really should make your minds up. John Still managed the club in 1992 according to our older supporters was one of the best sides they have seen and the football was very good.

 

Already this season we have had 2 performances which were probably betetr than any other last season except for the thrashing of Shrewsbury. Both games we played excellent football, this whole long ball crap is something which he only must of done at Barnet. I think we may be a suprise team this season then again i aint getting too carried away and expect us to be a mid-table side.

 

I didn't say we have signed big names, thats what you have done yet lost to Thurrock hehe. We have however signed John Taylor and Warren Barton offering experience and alot of young players, who cares where they came from, the ones we have got are highly rated and have potential. Chris Moore came from Ryman League yet look how good he is doing. One thing Garry Hill didn't do was bring youth to the team which John has done and i'm very confident he will be successful in taking the club forward without having to buy success like you.

you don't understand Daggsy...we deliberately started poorly so we can get the bookies odds back up again and have a decent bet....

 

gotta pay those wages somehow.......

 

Lordies right as well...you make sure you hang on in there with the elderly old chap looking after you....

 

we want that derby next year.....

 

as for ending in tears.....

 

old chestnut that one now mate....we've had three years of it all ending in tears and the only tears seen so far are the fckn tears of larfter as we keep bouncing up the leagues....

I know you would love to meet me Uncle but i would never step my foot there <img src="/images/graemlins/alk.gif" alt="" />(Unless we play you which is very unlikely). Good thing about here is i can create some banter without getting slated for it :-)

 

Anyway got to leave for Romford in a couple of hours and then getting a lift to Burton and staying in a hotel overnight sounds fun. Expect us to remain top of the league Saturday night.

 

I'm sure with Garry Hill being a tatical genius <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />you may beat Havant tomorrow otherwise if you don't i'll be back Monday to laugh at you all again.
