Having gone back to the first post, whilst it says Ford saw Clarke score the goal, it does not actually say he was specifically looking at Clarke.

 

AF could have been there or any number of reasons-maybe even looking at a carlshalton player.maybe because he likes Carlshalton chips.Personally i would not have thought he wants another midfielder and was more likely looking at Rocky imo.Gravesend remain short of a striker.
