Leon was a great player in his time at the Gate,I think in this league he would be outstanding,but we have Rocky and Che,must give them time to gell so at the moment I think Leon would be third choice,would like to see him up front with a fit Phill Collins.

Leon would be an asset, no doubt. However, he has never been a prolific goalscorer. I think that is going to be our problem. We can't rely on Che or Baps (good player though he is) to get 20 goals per season.

Agree with all the above.

 

Leon passed his sell by date and too much like Che and Rocky.

 

I expect he gets paid well at Fisher aswell.

 

As for Collins-sorry but life has moved on.

 

We need a striker in the Watson mould.

 

However,like others, midfield and central defence need sorting first.

(Tait came on in second half as did Hankin.Hankin looked particularly good Never worked out why he left in such a hurry .I was at crawley tonight.Great ground.Hereford were outstanding in first half-premiership quality football ,but too pretty for words and only one goal.Hereford lost it cos Manager broke up the flow of the team with 3 subs. who did not fit in so well)

interesting views but surely the point that he is thinking of a return obviously means that the club means something to him!!maybe he would come bak wiv more passion who knows!!
