Firsty, Congrats on an outstanding result yesterday. Not many teams will get something at Carlisle this season.

 

Secondly, I Just wondered what the bus service is like between Benfleet station and the ground on a Bank Holiday Monday.

 

Would we be better off getting cabs and can you recommend any decent pubs and places to eat.

Here's a Bank Holiday bus times for buses that terminate at Leigh Beck, (North End of the Ground)

 

No. 27B - Southend to Canvey Leigh Beck - You want times from South Benfleet Station

 

No. 22 - Basildon - Canvey Leigh Beck

 

This is the Timetable for the Number 21, if you get this one you'll have to get off at the very last stop on Eastern Esplanade at the Southe end of the ground - Can't miss the Seawall. Follow the Seawall along and you'll see the Ground next to the field in front of you.

 

No. 21B - Southend - Canvey Eastern Esplanade

No matter which bus you get you will pass a Pub shortly before your stop anyway.
