Read it too late. Have just returned from Stag Meadow - 34 miles round trip - angry and frustrated. According to Sunday's newspapers, today's paper, the Ryman fixture list and Ceefax the game was TONIGHT. Why then did the club not communicate the change to these publications, or their source?

I was not the only one who turned up.

Simply not good enough.

This is unfortunate, but comes with being tenants. STFC announced the date change as soon as they could, on Saturday the 7th (Team Bath game) when it emerged that WEFC had booked their facilities for tonight (17th). It's been on the forums and the website since, which are usually the best places for finding out news about the club, it has to be said. It's unfortunate the papers got it wrong as I would have assumed they'd be told? Sorry if I'm wrong. As for the Ryman league, they surely have no excuse for displaying the wrong date as STFC, WEFC and Harrow Borough would surely have to agree a fixture date with them !!

At least the Observer printed the correct date, infact they printed the change in Bold across the bottom of one page. Unfortunately the Express couldn't quite manage to put across the right info, once again.
