Jigsaw - I remember loving this programme when i was four, apart from one of the characters they had on it who absolutely scared the $hit out of me, Mr Noseybonk

Does anyone remember the Gophers? It was on Channel 4 in the late 80s. It was people dressed up (not puppets or cartoon), and it was all about a "magic" cystal that fell out of the sky that gave things magic powers. It brought the Grophers vegtable patch to life, and did other weird stuff to various characters. There was always a fox trying to get hold of it. The last episode saw the cystal being reclaimed by an alien, who also fell in love with the (now alive) cucumber. Honest - I know it sounds a bit daft, but it was great.
