As for the rapist lottery winner, agreed he souldn't of been out to play it and that he doesn't deserve it but now he's won it you cant stop him having it. There will be 1000's of "Claims direct" type lawyers ready to represent his victims in private cases and I hope they win, otherwise, as already said keep him in for 6 months and lets see how he cashes the cheque.

Has he asked for publicity, it'll be funny to see the lotto bigwigs and some celebrity in the grounds of some prison spraying champers over the geezer while handcuffed to a couple of guards.
