Who fancies getting a train around 10.30am so we're at Sutton in time to watch Spurs/Liverpool on the box?

Plus - anyone going to be in the vicinity of Shaftesbury Avenue this week? We'll all chip in, of course!!

Oh, because i suppose it depends on how i'm feeling to be honest. I mean this saturday i wont be going as i'm meeting up with Mrs Zeal, and then the 17th is a home game, so depends i guess, and then the 21st is an away game, which by then hopefully i would have snapped out of this sh1tty mood. I don't want to damper everyone else's enjoyment because i'm being moody. It's not fare on everyone else.

Oh of course it is!!!! I've tried to do a colour chart at work, and for some reason i chose red to be the home games and blue to be the away games, but my mind keeps picking out the blue to be home games, so i'm getting confused.

There is a railway replacement bus service that departs at 1205 and takes 9 mins to West Sutton, failing that we could settle down in Sutton and make our way to the ground after the Spurs game by a later railway replacement bus service, a normal bus, a cab or on foot.

 

We don't get too much changing time at London Bridge so we may have to do the final leg of the journey like this:

1119 London Bridge - Selhurst arr 1149

1153 Selhurst - Sutton arr 1208

Or:

1124 London Bridge - Balham arr 1154

1201 Balham - Sutton arr 1218

 

The other alternative is:

1049 St.Albans - East Croydon arr 1139

Railway replacement bus service to West Croydon

1204 West Croydon - Sutton arr 1215

Actually just seeing your Shaftsbury Ave thing, we could just get the Thameslink into Kings X then the tube to Shaftsbury Ave for a quick stop then the tube to Victoria where trains leave for Sutton every few minutes and the fast ones take 20 mins.
