Just got home and heard immediately after meeting that indeed the heads of terms have been agreed (though as I see it still not signed) or is that assumed to have happened already. Ezekiel seemed to be quite "nice" though he had doubts that the club could fulfil building works in time stipulated by club.Thats all I have heard apart from the fact that the council are STILL asking for clubs plans, yet again. When will this all end and when will the council actually accept a plan. Seems to me that though agreement has been made on heads of terms, and that must be a good thing, the plans to rebuild the ground are still not to their liking.

Fantastic news!! Presumably we'll know pretty soon when work actually starts at Hartsdown Park. Will Stadhart now stay, Duku, Baptiste, Leon Braithwaite??

No surprises there then.

Biggest risk seems to be if the Joint Venture partner get bored/pull out/ get an easier /quicker /better deal or opportunity elsewhere .

Developers are somewhat transient(present potential partners excepted of course)butterfly like at the best of times.

Just as an aside F G Rovers got planning permission today for a new stadium.

Been at it for about 18 months so shorter timescale than MFC and a very difficult council(i live there)

Their scheme is quite near residential aswell in the midst of plenty of NIMBY Cotswold folk.

Project managed professionally by Tim Barnard.

Worth looking at their site and forum for stadium info of how to do it.(if i was IT literate i would add the link
