Unfortunately all the latest bad news regarding the five years rent free being withdrawn and the money owed to the aercheologists having tobe paid is true .I did post about problems two days ago.These are not rumours this information has come from KP himself!!!!!

Then it is now obvious that the council really do what to screw Margate Football Club,it is now OBVIOUS,they dont what us here if so why would they do this,sorry we need to take some action,like what perhaps sombody can think of somthing.We all need to get together and fight for M.F.C.

It probably is true about the archaeologists.

 

Consultants obviously require payment,and as a private development, its hardly fair to blame the council

This would hardly be new knews though since a quote would have been obtained before the work

Does make you wonder who was project managing this development though and how MFC originally intended to pay.

 

I can only assume that all similar debts have been revealed to the new investors who once (if ever) Heads of terms are signed, take on all the clubs previous debts -certainly those relating to the development project.On that basis al may not be lost ,assuming that the archaelogists are patient for their money.

Apparently the word is that payment to them must be made before anything else is forthcoming and that includes the ground getting built.
