Heard today that the club has now been denied the 5 yrs free rent by the council and that the archaeologists now want paying £40,000.Its just snippets of information that I have heard and together with that was that our beloved club are in our last days and may not even start the season off. Hope above all hopes that these are again just rumours but would be interested to know if any others have heard this. If not then I shall ignore it but just thought I would pass it on anyway. Rest assured me of all people wouldn't pass rumours INTENTIONALLY as I am like others, dedicated to the club. I would, if anything was available also pass on GOOD news, rumour or no rumour if any were to come to the fore. Did think that it should be the club claiming from the archi's and not the other way round.Am slighty baffled.

How the hell can they ask for money,was it not them that held up the building of the stadium in the first place,are they not payed by some undead funding or somthing,if this is true then it starts in b, and ends in olocks,what more can this bloody council put in front of a football club that just wants to survive.

Calm down tone it might just be another rumour. Had to forward this info to all but am hopeful that again it might just be another rumour.If true then am in full agreement with you concerning the council.But then thats no surprise is it?

Tony I know that all you what for the club is good,you have spent time with Hitler,but these so called rumours,ofton bad news,somtimes are more true than we realise,its no surprise to me that this council will lead us on then at the last minute put a bloody big block in front of us,if this happens now could we all surport the club MISA/SA,and show the council we as a body want this club,it is our Margate they are messing with and at the end of the day we will not stand for anything else,its about time everybody got together and show a bit of force to the council,at the end of the day its votes they are after,they get F... all from me.

Perhaps the archeologists have not yet been paid. What makes you think it's the Council's responsibility anyway? £40K is nothing compared to the several million being put in to the project. This will no doubt, hopefully,possibly be part of the early release of funds.
