OK, how can you be arrested for doing something with someone that you love?

 

I found a story this morning saying that a priest and a nun were arrested and in-prisoned for having sex in a car with tinted windows (i thought that piece of info was brilliant!!!!!!!)

 

If 2 people are in love and happy, then why should anyone spoil that? I mean, yeah, loose your jobs if it is an offence to him upstairs, but come on, surely him upstairs would prefer them to be in love rather than in hatred?

 

And also, why should other people's opinions on other people stature be listened too? So some people may object. But it's their problem, not the couple in love. They should be happy for themselves, not for other people.

 

I just can't understand why they got arrested?

They were jailed for an act of public indecency, Claire.

 

Doubt very much it was to do with their day-jobs.

Re-read it, yep, must have been for that reason.

 

But still, they couldn't do it at their home as they live in a church, so they would have got caught out, so they had to escape to the car, for a bit of love!!!!!!!!

I dont think god would mind, but others in their congregation would as it's against the rules. A nun is to stay a virgin and a priest isn't allowed to sleep with anyone as well.

 

So doing it in a car and keeping it secret would sort of be good, but i reckon that they should have just left their jobs and be happy together that way!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although it must be said that any youth who saw them "at it" may think the church is cool and want to join!
