Come out of the train station and go through the car park towards the main road

Cross at the lights and follow the road down past The Bell (or Mr Qs) until you reach a junction with the Honeypot on the other side of the road. Turn right and follow this road down and the ground should be on the right

A group of Slough fans will be handing out leaflets in Slough Town Centre from 11-1 tomorrow and then I believe the majority will be heading to Maidenhead by train. So if you are travelling around that time follow the rest of us in amber.

Give him a chance, Andrew.

He's only posted 8 times and obviously hasn't yet realised the high standard of English demanded on this forum

(And, no, I don't understand what he has written either!)

There is nothing I hate more than the 'txt spk' that people seem to use in all sorts of medium now, especially messages like:

'abi u r wel fit al 2 win x jason london' which would crop up on Hell's Kitchen.

My text messages are properly punctuated, much to the annoyance of the recipients. Three cheers to Slough for wishing to raise the standard of English, shame on you mobile phone generation!!

Wise Woman,

This is an interesting thought.

If we can claim that STFC is educating the football supporters of Slough in the correct usage of English, we might be able to register the club as a charity on educational grounds
