MFC NOT ON AGENDA FOR AUGUST 5th

I would not be inclined to get too excited here guys.

Not sure what the commitee meeting on 5th is, but i am assuming it is a planning commitee meeting.

Think this is a case of first things first.

The Heads of terms have got to be signed first, before any new scheme goes to planning.

Things are obviously perilous(can't spel)but we are still clinging on by sounds of it.

My interpretation is that these H of T need to be sorted to release the funding so football club can survive. That is best we can expect for moment, but at least that would be something.

If club get past that hurdle-say within 2 weeks- then persumably a new scheme for ground and associated development will be drawn up-allow 2 months. Then allow 6 months for it to get through planning committes.Realistically ground could start build March next year-completion_Oct 2005.

Vital thinbg is survival as a club and survival in conf. south. At this stage, that still looks just possible; if club and council can agree the overall deal, so apart from travelling to Ashford for 12 months, do n't see too much into committee meetings at this stage-suggest the time to get excited over that will be in about 5-6 months.More fundamental things to resolve first, but we are still in there.

Suggest we just lie back and hopefully enjoy some football
