I understand from my spies at Gatwick last night that Mr. Robinson held on to his post by the skin of his teeth. Allegedly, there were more abstentions than votes in his favour but the abstentions were counted as positive votes! Not sure how that works democratically and a lot of clubs are apparently quite unhappy about it. Things could rumble on a while longer yet.

It is a Ryman thing...A no vote is not a vote wasted..apparently!

It would be ineteresting to know whether the clubs knew the outcome of their abstentions in advance. It seems a strange way to vote if you know that it will have a positive impact.

We did care before we realised what a farce the Ryman set-up is (excluding the ETFC mess, just look at the pig's ear they made of the play-offs!)! Anyway, that's all water under the bridge now.

If you want to follow forum back you will find I never cared about ryman and was very happy that we stayed where we are,they had nothing at this level to give us just a couple of new grounds to visit.

I`m sure when Southport returns he will back me up as he also had reservations about the move and we both called for decissions to be made public before the stitch up.
