New players so far R.Hall/Finch/Nyman. plus a couple unnamed 'exceptional' prospects. 38 trained tonight. Still looking for another centre half.Negus available all season.Quinn's gone back to the army.Gant to miss first month of season due to an opereation.Digby probably gone,as he wanted a guaranteed start.Everyone else still there from last season.

Finally a Q & A with Jim about new/existing players & expectations for the season.

Of the three "youngsters" who made the grade last season, only Lee Digby got a mention last night.

 

Anybody know if Carey Wright and Daniel Francis were among the 38 Jim mentioned at training? I hope they were.

 

And it was interesting to hear about Geordie Hall's fitness - good for him!! Will make him a strong contender for a starting place in the back 4.

Attendance - 74! Could possibly be more than some teams get for their home games.

 

Thanks to all who attended. I have not had time to work out how many members we now have, but I believe we are up to something like 160.

 

Over £350.00 was receipted by Carol, Gilli, Jess and Claire. Thanks for their hard work.
