Do you remember a while back a thread about swear words in other languages. Well, I found the one to top them all.

 

My mate told me on Monday that 'Um' in Turkish means 'c***'.HAHAHA!

So don't go into a Turkisk kebab shop and say "um, I'll have a shish kebab!!!" cos you'll be about as popular in there as Greece winning Euro 2004!!!

OMG!!!!!!!!!!! I am known for swearing (nearly) all the time!!!!!! I've now been swearing in Turkish and not even noticing it!!!!!

 

LOL!!!!!!!! (Well even though i go hmmmmmmm, it's pronounced in the same way as um!!!!!!!)

 

Oh well!!!!!!!! Anyway, i am *trying* to cut down on this bad habbit to try and be a bit more *lady* like!!!!!!!!!!!!
