Good to see we have another friendly Saturday.

 

Will there be a programme or team sheet? Extra money for the club and good opportunity for advertising me thinks. Dulwich's was a photocopy and they charged a £1

 

The goal against Dulwich was easily an own goal. It was never Oatley's. It was going wide until the number 3 directed it into their own nett.

Sorry mate I did not get the second email til this morning.

 

But the email before did say we had a game on Saturday.

What you forgot to mention was that this 'photocopy' was a very well compiled programme with more pages than we normally have in our 'standard' programme (haven't got it with me now, but it was well in excess of 30 pages me thinks). So I think the £1 was good value -I've been to cup games at grounds where you have to pay to get a single sheet photocopied with an incorrect squad list. Woking I think it was...

Anyway, good luck for the season and hopefully see you later in the Premier.

Hope you do not think I was knocking your programme in anyway. I was well impressed. Infact I was just impressed on getting a programme for a friendly. I did buy six of them!!!

 

I just wanted to let our programme editor know that we should do the same to bring some extra money into our club.

We do try and do programmes for friendlies.

 

The only problem is the cost if we do the normal type of programmes.

 

We will be attempting to do a cut down version for the Team Bath game just so we can advertise the friendly fixtures and the fixtures for the first couple of months. I will also add things like the race night and any other announcements.
