Successful night up town, Chris England's offy for a couple, then a mate's house. Cricketers for a quick pitcher, then Casa for one before hitting O'Neills. Saw Bin Fadhel in Casa, and EFMTFTV in O'Neills. Didn't see much else.

 

IMO O'Neills is by far and away the best pub in St. Albans.

Anybody heard from Zeal? Seems like he got completely trashed last night. I got a voicemail on my phone at 3am of him singing Siobhan Donaghy, Overated. Anybody get weird texts off him?

The Bell and The Vintry. I know that it's different for girls, but when I go out on a night out, I don't want to have to get too keen and dressed up. A t-shirt, jeans, trainers, a bit of a Jonny Bravo quiff, and I'm happy. Blokes wearing shoes with no socks, or white/snakeskin/tan loafers, and stupid trendy shirts with a bit of jewellery here and there, I can't stand it. They just try so hard. Too hard. O'neills is casual. Keepin it real.

 

As Thornsy once said so wisely, a hooligan in shoes is just the same as a hooligan in trainers.

Hey GHA, I was in O'neils last night standing near EFMTFTV- why didn't I get an introduction <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> ?! You may have seen me anyway, I was with a blonde girl in a red top and we were jumping about like mad things. I noticed EFMTFTV's blue top- perhaps in tribute to my 'naughty' dream?!

what pubs are on fishpool street then? never really been down there drinking.

 

I tell you what though, that Ice bar certainly wouldn't make it. Went there tonight and it cost me £12.60 for a double JD and coke and a double vodka and cranberry juice. What a rip off. Bar 62 is good though!
