New Website Launched

Recommended Posts

Hornchurch are proud to announce the launch of their new website. The launch is just the first stage in providing fans with the best possible coverage of Hornchurch Football Club, through modern media.

All the old favourite features will remain, with many more added. The site will often be updated live from games both home and away, providing the very latest news on your favourite Conference Club.

Features on the new site will include Latest News, Video Clips, Photographs, Results, Fixtures, Tables, Archive, Travel and much, much more....

Any sections that are not yet live live, will be brought online very quickly - ensuring you with the best possible coverage of The Famous Urchins.

For the last few 'eons' the website has been run single-handed by Rob, and we thank him for his sterling work over recent years - however as the club moves into yet another new era, with membership of the new Nationwide South division Rob is joined by Ian, with added input from Matt (who works for Ian).

The layout of the new site is quite simple - the home page will show at a glance the latest results, mini-table, fixtures, top scorers, and news headlines and clicking on the lower red links, will take you to more in-depth sections - nice and simple <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Of course the navigation will also take you to these sections as well. In fact you will see links on many of the pages - for example, click on a team on the fixtures, to find out information on that team.

The website will grow as the season progresses, but already we have almost 100 pages to keep you updated on 'The Urchins'.

The URL has not changed and you can still access the site through http://www.urchins.org - but new URL's are being added to the site, so that casual visitors will easily find the club.

We hope you enjoy it - and would welcome any feedback on the new site.

Looks very good. Good luck Ian and Matt. If it's half as good as the old Canvey site it should be something special!
