BTSA AGM News

Bearing in mind that the return of the draught lager had an adverse effect on my memory I think these might have been the main points:

 

All last years BTSA officials re-elected in the same roles. The BTSA are still looking for another victim oops sorry volunteer to take on the role of travel manager or to generally help out. All offers of help greatfully received.

 

The main thrust of the evening was that the BTSA were seeking to form a closer relationship with the main club and that a new style club membership is to be introduced this year.

 

The members of the BTSA also agreed that Jeff Woolsey is a Riccay hero.

 

Justin said that whilst this was going to be a tough league he was hoping/expecting a play-off position at least. Of course good cup runs were hoped for. He said that the goalkeeping position was under control and that he was hopeful of another couple of major signings - or something like that

 

On a personal note I would like to thank all the BTSA committee members for all their hard work last year and here's to a goody this year!!

RE Town Juniors, it has now been agreed that membership to the Town Juniors will allow free entry (accompanied by an Adult)at the slightly increased cost of £1.50.

 

Bognor Away

A members Coach will be arranged at the special rate of £4.50 per person. A minimum of 30 is required.

I would personally like to pass on my thanks to all who attended the AGm and especially to the committee members on there hard work last season and continued support this season.

 

As stated before we do need more help and if you can spare an hour here or there on match days it would be appreciated.

 

Finally great news about the Town Juniors as I know this is a issue which was raised last night and has now been addressed.

Thanks for the updates guys, would have been there but with the footie about to start in earnest I thought I'd take a couple of days out of the county and revisit some old drinking haunts on the south coast!
