Since you have, correctly, questioned my memory on another thread. I thought that I would reply to this.

 

It was Southend Manor in February. They had not turned up with a change strip and were able to borrow the shirts as they had a friend at Watford.

 

At least I think it was Southend Manor but I did have to cheat and look at the photographs. I knew it was a team that, at the time, were challenging for honours and I thought it would be a tough game.

 

Memory isn't at all what it was but not bad for a fake supporter eh!

This is an interesting view as I recall a few years ago that Eton Manor had official permission from the ESL to play in a Watford strip , perhaps the same one still exists !

I seem to recall that Pete's report wasn't quite accurate. Some of the shirts had numbers and some of them [4 springs to mind] were the same!
