Accident Report

I've just recieved a accident report at work, do you think this person may be on the lookout for some compensation.

Basically she was on the train with her 2 grandaughters and the door she was trying to get out was out of order in the time it took to get to the next set they were closing and her grandaughter got caught in it, she screamed the doors opened (like they do anyway when something gets caught)

The women (not the child who got caught) apparently suffered great shock and was prescribed Diazepam by her doctor while the grandaughter still has traumas about trains!
