Do Matthew Le Tissier and Francis Benali still play for Eastleigh.

Don't think Matt Le Tiss ever actually played for em, despite signing. Generated plenty of publicity though, and I see he's taking an XI there pre-season - sure to be a big crowd for that! Not sure about Benali, but I don't think he's there.

 

They've still got Nicky Banger playing there, believe he's player coach and a few other ex-saints David Hughes and Kevin Gibbens.

 

Think somebody's been putting in money for the past couple of seasons. They won the Wessex league 2 years ago and finished 4th in the DM eastern last time around.

We're keeping an eye on them too. Spending good wedge as you say. Will be strong next season and will benefit from the short-term shock of Ryman sides making the longer than usual journeys, especially mid-week.

 

Still say they'll do well to finish above you guys tho'.
